
Enrollment and Admission Requirements

To complete the enrollment process, all families must submit the following to the school office:

A completed enrollment packet

A signed promissory note
-
The registration fee
​
For new families, additional documentation is required:

Birth certificate
-
Immunization records
-
Baptism Certificate (if applicable)

Registration Fees:
-
$100 per family (PreK-8th grade)
-
$200 per child (K-8th grade) for iPad and consumable fees
-
$75 per preschool child for annual supply fee
​
Once all required documents and fees are received, a family will be considered ready for student attendance.
​
For new or transferring students, the CTCS office will request previous school records. Enrollment packets are available for download via the links below or can be picked up directly from the school office.

Admission Criteria
​
The school administration has discretion in admitting students, based on the following established guidelines. For transferring students, the screening process includes:

Review of discipline and attendance history

Evaluation of academic readiness
-
A meeting with the principal, including the new family and student
​
Please note that if a class is marked as “closed,” students seeking enrollment will be placed on an extended waiting list.
Payments for registration can be submitted online.
